Despite all the rumours that Google were working on a rival to the iPhone, they didn’t make a mobile phone… Oh no! … They made a mobile phone ‘platform’! Yeah…! …’Scuse me.
Couldn’t find an article for this, but trust me… it’s true… while Damien has already blogged about the impending 3 SkypePhone launch, there’s more - 3 Ireland are also launching the Nokia N95 into the Irish market in the middle of November. Yes, they’ve finally finished testing and have decided it’s good enough for their network. Not sure of prices but it’s looking like selling for around €239 €329 on the highest (€99 per month) price plan - and for more on the lower plans. (Update: It’ll also be available on pre-pay for a whopping €599, and will be €499 on the lowest pay monthly tariff, with lower prices on the higher tariffs).
