Got my camera back off my folks (they were using it for their holidays) and played around with the ‘panorama’ function for a bit. These are the results:
Back garden (5 images stitched) - 2.29Mb - As I mentioned before, pretty much all my ‘worldly posessions’ are in that little barbecue house on the right there.
Donabate (5 images stitched) - 1.38Mb - I’m living here for now. That’s my silver Punto outside the wall there. The road is actually straight 
Sleepy Dog (2 images stitched) - 1.75Mb - the family dog, “Mac”, relaxing in the sunshine.
PS: Spent some time today re-doing the design and layout of the blog… I like it. Hope you do too!

Also, nice photos, anytime I try strich photos together they look horrible.
Great panoramics’ there, particularly the first one. Not sure about the Punto though
There’s very little processing done on those photos (increased the contrast a bit, that was about it) - so the stitches will probably be pretty obvious as they were done by the camera itself. Still, cheers for the comments!
